Vision and Mission
The vision of the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is that every child receiving exceptional student education services will be able to achieve their fullest potential from prekindergarten through postsecondary opportunities, resulting in college, career, and life readiness.
The mission of the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is to support and enhance exceptional student education programs by providing evidence-based, high-quality professional learning opportunities; integrating assistive and instructional technology; promoting family engagement; and ensuring access to early intervention services.

The ESE Endorsement Tuition Support Program provides financial assistance to ESE educators or speech-language pathologists who are teaching students identified as having autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or Prekindergarten (PreK)/ESE in Florida public schools. Information about this endorsement tuition support program is being disseminated to assist teachers seeking an endorsement in ASD or PreK/ESE. Please include announcements of this ESE Endorsement Tuition Support Program in regional notices, listservs or newsletters for teachers.

Professional Learning Registration is handled by clicking on Professional Learning in the main menu. We moved to a new registration system in July 2021; If you last time you took a course was prior to July 2021 you will need to create a new account when you register.
You cannot login on this website to register for our courses.

Professional Learning Alternatives (PLA) provide facilitated and independent study online courses that can help teachers receive or renew their teacher certification. To see what courses are available and get course descriptions go to www.fl-pda.org.

Participants taking professional development through FDLRS/FIN will not be awarded inservice points unless
Student Implementation Data is provided via our website. You will be emailed a certificate after course closing.
Please understand that FDLRS does not process inservice points, nor do we report anything directly to the state.
You will need to work with the certification department in your district.

As professional learning evolves overtime, there are numerous ways in which teachers can learn and grow including PLCs, lesson study, peer observation, self-study, distance/blended learning and attending face-to-face courses with colleagues in central Florida.
